PROJECT TITLE: | GAZİANTEP MASS HOUSING -592 HOUSES and SOCIAL AREAS PROJECT |
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: | Metart has completed a mass housing project to accomodate 592 homes in the city of Gaziantep. In the last decade there has been a great demand for the renovation and reconstruction of the districts of the cities in Turkey. Governate of Gaziantep has taken the initiatives to reconstruct some part of the city as former municipal parcel and infrastructure planing of those areas are misstreated and miss-constructed due to the negligience of the former administration. The project that we completed was planned to serve to rehabilitate those areas with versatile modern buildings, parks closer to the nature, recreational areas, kinder gardens as well as other assets which would make the dwellings feel comfortable. |
